Symptom Screener

Now that some of our students have returned to in-person instruction, it is even more important that parents complete the daily symptom screener. The screener will help guide you on whether your child can attend school that day. It will also prompt communication with our schools’ health office to see how we can help support your child during and after their absence.

Each morning, we will send a link to the email address you provided when you created your Health Screening account. The screener will prompt you to answer questions regarding the health of your student, as well as uncover whether they have had close contact with someone with the virus, whether they are returning from international travel, or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result.

Please understand that in an effort to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, students who are not screened on a daily basis will run the risk of being moved to the virtual learning academy.

For parents who need to create an account, here are a couple of helpful hints:

  • The initial account should be completed in the parent/guardian name
  • To add students to your account, click on “My Students” at the top of the page and then “Add Student”
  • Please register your student’s legal name, as you did when registering for school
